- Orders placed after working hours will be processed the following business day.

We deliver our products across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select cities)
- Real-time order tracking via email/SMS after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather or traffic conditions).
3. Shipping Costs & Prepaid Requirement
- Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order weight.
- The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- To ensure smooth operations and filter out fake orders, shipping charges must be paid in advance, even for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This helps us keep the process transparent and reliable.
- From time to time, Ashbah Organics may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Accuracy of Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and details are correct at the time of checkout. Ashbah Organics will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the package (if possible)
We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

- Certain products may have restrictions based on location or courier rules (e.g., fragile or bulk items).
- Currently, international shipping is not available. We only ship within Pakistan.
